3. Booking & Payment
You may book classes through our website, but all bookings are processed via Eversports. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change. Please refer to Eversports' terms of service under https://www.eversports.at/h/terms for more details.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period. Please note that cancellations are handled through Eversports. Refer to their cancellation policy for further details.
5. Liability
We are not liable for injuries sustained during class or as a result of using our facilities. By attending our classes, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Vienna, Austria.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. If a cancellation is made after this time, unfortunately, no refund will be issued, as the spot cannot be offered to another guest in time.
